Payroll & Managed Budget Support Worker
Working Hours: 2.5 days week (7.5 hrs per day)
Salary: £13,105 per year (£13.44/hour)
SPECTRUM is: a highly respected, progressive and innovative user-led organisation which supports Disabled People to Live Independently. As part of an expansion we now need to recruit an individual to develop our Payroll & Managed Budget Services.
Our Payroll & Managed Budgets Service: enables Disabled People who wish to manage how their Health & Social Care needs are met (via Direct Payments or Personal Budgets) to use our services to handle all payroll, financial management or recruitment function – for those who need support to handle those functions.
The right candidate: will be experienced at operating payroll services for multiple individuals, able to handle all HRMC, Pension and other payroll functions. You will be organised, able to manage financial and employment matter between our service and our customers. You will be self motivated and have an ability to develop a new role to have a big impact in a short amount of time.
