Here at SPECTRUM, we understand that the responsibilities of being an employer can be overwhelming. Our friendly and dedicated staff are available to assist and guide you through the payroll service.

What are the benefits?

A Payroll Service will handle all payroll requirements, such as payslips, HMRC submissions, tax codes, employer records, reports and end of year filing. As a payroll provider, we will act as your agent to correspond with HMRC regarding your employees’ tax and National Insurance contributions.

Who can benefit from our Payroll Service?

Anybody who is employing staff, particularly those employing care staff who are funded by Direct Payments, Personal Health Budgets or are Self-Funded. SPECTRUM Payroll Service makes payroll easy for those who are employing staff for the first time, who require a Payroll Service for current staff or who need to employ staff for short periods such as respite or holiday cover.

What Options are there?

Here at SPECTRUM we offer two Payroll schemes:

Standard Scheme

  • Payslips
  • Pension Enrolment
  • Tax and NIC Payment Notifications
  • P45-P60s
  • Calculate Statutory Payments, ie Sick Pay and Maternity Pay
  • Liaise with HMRC
  • Employment Support and Advice

Fully Managed Scheme

For the Fully Managed Service, we will additionally pay your staff, tax costs and pension contributions directly. We will also calculate and monitor your employees’ Annual Leave for you. We will keep you updated of their Annual Leave via monthly statements.
