We are able to offer accessible conference facilities and meeting rooms for hire at Unity 12, with room capacities ranging from 2 to 70 people.
Our venue hire is very competitively priced and as an organisation run and controlled by Disabled People we know what we are talking about when it comes to accessibility, so you can be confident that your delegates access needs will be met.
Unity 12 has five rooms available for hire including two conference rooms and three smaller meeting rooms. They can be arranged in a variety of layouts, depending on the number of delegates. The two conference rooms can also be combined to form one large conference suite.
The conference rooms are fully equipped with LCD Projector; Laptop computer; Public Access System with Radio and Roving microphones; Induction Loop and DVD & VHS Players. BSL signers and Lip speakers can be arranged.
Unity 12 is able to provide for all your catering needs as well. We can supply you with anything from tea and coffee to a luxury breakfast or lunch buffet.
Our three smaller meeting rooms are well suited for conducting interviews, consultations, and as break out rooms for workshops. Two of these rooms have also been set-up with induction loop systems for anyone with a hearing impairment.
Unity 12 has a number of accessible office spaces, which are available to rent by other Disabled Peoples Organisations, or organisations that support Disabled People to live independently.
Serviced office space ranges from 11.6 sq metres (125 sq ft) to 40.6 sq metres (436 sq ft).
Amenities include kitchens; meeting rooms and conference facilities; Broadband & WiFi; an accessible lift; parking; and a staffed Reception desk and lobby.
