Results of the Competition to find the best ideas for user designed Home Care in Hampshire

The Home Care competition has now closed and we are happy to announce the winners. We received a lot of interesting and innovative ideas from a range of User Led Organisations and Community Groups, including Older People, Disabled People and People with Learning Difficulties. After a long and lively discussion the judging panel was  unable to split the two most promising proposals, both of which scored highly. So, Hampshire County Council have kindly agreed to top-up the prize fund and split it equally between the two winners. They have both been awarded a prize of £4,000 of development funding plus 121 mentoring from the Council’s Deputy Director of Adult Services to help them develop their proposals further.
